10 Stars if that were possible - Amazing amazing service - We are based in Vic and unfortunately the local people were not able to cut down our blind - so my hubby called AOB Gold Coast & they said they would arrange it for us - we sent it up and had it back within 10 days and it is perfect - 10/10 - Reasonable prices would highly recommend

Aussie Outdoor Alfresco/ Cafe Blinds have just left after installing 2 very large remote outdoor blinds for us. We are impressed, smooth operating motors and good workmanship. They delivered earlier than quoted because we were heading off on holidays. The installer were neat, tidy and personable sharing operating and maintenance info. From quote to install (all within the same wk!) we had a brilliant experience. We had several quotes from companies that were almost 5 times the price! So it was a relief to find this company and have a quality product installed. The blinds are locally made as well.

Dealing with Aussie Outdoor Blinds was like dealing with family. The entire team we dealt with (4-5 people including installers) were very caring about answering our questions and solving some special requests we had for a somewhat tricky patio. They had to make several trips out to our place to deal with these unique challenges to meet our objectives. We felt like we were dealing with uncles and brother-in-laws as they really cared and they got it right. We got quotes from several other companies and Aussie Outdoor Blinds not only had the best price (in some cases less than half of what other companies charge) but they were the most responsive as well. Their lead time was the shortest as well as we did not want to wait through more sun and rain without our blinds. We only wish every other business would take the time to care so much.

After looking at many different companies in Perth and choosing Aussie Outdoor because of their great customer service and quick response time, I am extremely happy I did! Very happy with the job completed at my property. I was surprised with the price compared to others out there, and they had a great selection of colours and materials to choose from too. I found this to be an easy process all round and would definitely recommend. I have had many comments since having my blinds installed and I feel it definitely adds value to my home as well as created the extra space I so badly needed. I will be getting Aussie Outdoor to install blinds on any future properties of mine as they have been great to deal with from start to finish and I am extremely happy with the finished product.
