You provide or tell us the image you would like to use, then using our high definition printer, we will create your own Van Tastic printed screens.
Van Tastic printed screens are manufactured with high quality woven PVC mesh (not shade cloth) using special outdoor UV solvent ink. This combination results in a durable, vivid colour printed outdoor screen.
We are a Australian family owned and operated business with all screens printed, made and manufactured here in our own factory. We don’t outsource and can be very flexible in terms of other specifications and sizes to produce screens for different uses. All of our awning screens are reinforced with welded hemmed edges (not stitched). Every screen is fitted with a 4, 5 or 6mm spline unless specified otherwise. The spline slides into your awning tube/barrel from one end using the keyway/channel. This spline secures your custom printed screen to your awning.
Eyelets are then added to both sides and bottom edges for securing and anchoring to your awning arms or pegging into the ground.
Apart from making your printed blind, screen or awning look Van Tastic, our screens also offer excellent protection from the elements. They are a great wind shield and also create excellent shade from the sun while increasing your privacy.

Select an image from www.shutterstock.com, then simply supply the image ID number (see screenshot) and we’ll download the image for you – OR use one of your very own high resolution photos or images* by uploading through our form.
If you can’t find something your after, or maybe you just want something that bit more special… never fear, we can have our graphic artist customise your photo, artwork or design – just let us know. (Extra cost applies)
Screens can also be made to other specifications (and sizes) to attach to walls and fences (eg. Pool Areas).

We like to keep things simple for our Printed Caravan & Annex Screens, as most fit within our size range.
Using a standard height with width allowance, our caravan annex screens accommodate most printed screen requirements.
Our printed annex screens are designed to attach directly to your existing awning tube using our 4, 5 or 6mm spline, which slide into the keyway/channel on the end of the tube.
We have a free spline size sample pack we can post to double check for the best fit. Simply send a message with your address and we will post one to you asap.
